HELP!!! ! Stitch popped open!!!!

2 and a half weeks PO all dessings off so just in a sports bra.. Took it off today to change the bra. And notice a minor bit of the scab of the stitch is bleeding but not a lot, its not dripped or ran,
I have put a non water proof plaster on it, just to cover it incase of infection..
Has any one any suggestion?? Have i dontt he right thing??
