I can only speak for the boob strapping. The nurse will remove it – she told me to take a shower on the morning using only water and let it run down my strapping to take away a bit of the stickiness. It was like a very slow wax lol – I wouldn’t say it was painful, it just wasn’t pleasant! Some of my skin came off with the tape which stung a bit.
It doesn’t last long, as really the tape is most stuck to the side of your boobs (well at least mine was) as there was some type of blue mesh over the front of my boobs which made it easy.
The relief you get when it’s off though is amazing, and you can really feel the weight of them!! It’s an exciting time 🙂 xx
