Help!! Stretch mark experience?!

Ladies!! I’m 11 days post op and have noticed a couple of tiny stretch marks! Have smothered them in stretch mark cream but am just wondering if I’m likely to get loads, when do they stop coming? Like will I stop getting them now as skin will start getting looser? Or can they still start appearing after a few weeks?

Also, have a couple of veins showing where the skin is tight, has anyone else had this? Do they disappear?
