Help unders or overs

I’ve got my surgery booked for the 8th of April. I’m starting to worry about the overs and under situation. In currently a empty b, after having my 5 children lol with my last I went upto about a dd, surgeon did say I looked fantastic for 5 kids lol. But i explained to my pa that I wanted a natural look and natural feel, everyone is having unders done to get this. Even my pa said unders, when I saw the surgeon he said I would be having overs, I’m now worrying incase I don’t get the natural look and feel, I’ve chose to go for 380cc. Please advise me xx

Hi hun, I’m still pre op but have researching for about a year!! If uve had kids and have empty boobs u usually have overs because you have to fill out the saggy skin uno? All the pictures I’ve seen on here of people who have had kids and breast feeding has made them empty, they look so much more natural than a girl with a cup boobs getting implants as then the skin is all stretched, whereas yours just need to fill in the skin where it has already stretched? Does that make sense? The surgeons are all amazing and know from just one look what would be best for u 🙂 xx

Hi, I actually have experience with this.. I have had 2 kids and breast fed left with empty bags, I have UNDERS and this is because i didn’t have enough tissue for overs, overs give a more natural look, unders give a more fake look. Unders no cleavage and big gap in my case.. other who have overs say they look natural and have good clevage so I’ve heard from some.. unders more painful. If u have the tissue and want natural looking then I would say listen to your surgeon and go with overs hun.. hope this helps. Xx
