Help! What implants are more natural?

I’m a small A looking to be at least a full c. Really stuck on what implant would be best an what cc! X

I am a AA/A and I cant decide on 295cc or 325cc. I want to be a C/D

Oh and I am thinking about going for the naturelle.

Need to make my mind up, my surgery is in 5 weeks.

I got told that 80% of patients chose he Naturelle implant. it’s basically just a standard implant and a premium implant, so you pay more to get the better implant basically 🙂 Also – they say every 100-150cc is the equivelant of a cup size 🙂 – you could always do the rice test as well… so if you’re thinking 300cc, get 300grams of rice in a bag, shove it in your bra and TA DA that is supposed to symbolise what you will look like – although I have been told the rice looks bigger xxxx

I’m about that Laura! I saw Gary yesterday and he gave me two options 320-340cc. I’m going with 340 I think! I want to be a C/D too but I don’t know what to do about the implant type. I really want to get the naturelle but my PC said there’s not as much research and they’re not all that different which worried me a little and they felt harder and more rounded. I really want to avoid rippling though and they’re better as they’re more filled. What dates are your ops girls? Ooh I think I might have to try this rice trick! I tried on the chicken fillets yesterday to see what size I’d be looking at with 340cc I was like woahh! Xxxxx

if youre having the implants under the muscle then rippling is reduced as you will have your muscle covering them 🙂 theres a chance of it with any placement though x

I paid for the natrelle ones there in ur body at the end of the day its a lifetime garentee. ur paying 4 grand whats an extra 595 for better implants ha, plus Cui are banned in USA they have moved on to natrelle and USA is always one step further than us so that might help ur decision? xx

I decided to have the natrelle implants rather than the CUI. as the Naturelle implants are stronger and thicker so there should be less rippling compared to the CUI! Plus they have a lifetime guarantee, the CUI only have a ten year guarantee.

i had 300CC natrelle responsive overs for a 34A, i now measure a DD xx

just rember watever implants u have they could both ripple also if u plan to have children thers a chance u will have to get them redone thers not alot of reasearch done on the natrielles cui have been used for like over 20 years my pc and surgeon both advised me to get cui thers not alot of diffrence apart from the garentee and the price unders will help prevent rippling but u still could get it my advice is listen to ur surgeon he knows best after all they are our boobie gods xxx

Thank you for all of your advice girls! Unsure which implant to choose still. I’m guna look up the cui ban Jayde, you’ve made me unsure about cui now! I’ve done so much research and I’m still no closer to deciding. Will 340cc be too big if I’m a 34a? Gary just said he didn’t mind which one I chose as there wasn’t a massive difference between the two. Really can’t choose now and I’ve booked to have my op on the 2nd of April! Xxx

There really is very little difference hun, the main difference would be that the Naturelle Soft Touch implant have the least chance of ripples as they have 100% fill of silicon in the shell, Naturelle Responsive and the CUI have 95% fill. The naturelle range have a thicker shell with more layers so it makes them more durable/less chance of rupture and leaks. In terms of warranty, I wouldn’t worry too much, the CUI has 10years and the Naturelle has liftetime BUT as implants are not a liftetime device they will likely need changing sometime between 10-15 years anyway, your warranty covers your implant ONLY so any ops you have you will get the implant free but still need to pay surgical costs ect, it takes about 500 off the cost of re ops so it’s 500 either way really! Also, just a note on CUI, they don’t use CUI in the U.S as most of their silicon implants use a smooth shell, they use a lot of Naturelle style 45 and Mentor implants, they’re not *banned* per say. it’s also worth pointing out that despite what most believe the US are VERY behind in terms of cosmetic surgery! They still use saline (water bags) implants, smooth implants (high risk of CC) and massage techniques (damaging to implants) where as in the UK saline, smooth and massage haven’t been used for years due to the high risk involved, I would always advise girls to go for Naturelle Soft Touch as they are the best implant in the market in terms of rupture and ripple rates but so long as your Dr is happy to use CUI it won’t cause you any issues. Kaydee you have eased my mind so much! How do you know so much!!? The reason I’m more inclined to go with cui is for the fact they’ve been around for so long and the 95% fill. Gary said they would be softer that way too! I want as natural as possible. Feel so much more relaxed about having my new boobies after reading this! Xx

In that case I would def advise the Naturelle soft touch, if you have little to no tissue/fat ripples will be a risk for you. NO probs x

Yes I am going for the Naturelle soft touch as they are more filled and Mr Traynor said that as I don’t have a lot of breast tissue I am at more risk of rippling so I think these implants are the best option for me. My surgery is 8th April. I am trying the implant sizes again on Monday before my pre op appointment.

Does anyone know how much extra the soft touch naturelle are? My pc did say last time but can’t remember now.

I think it’s around 500 ish? I had a mastectomy on one side and very little tissue on the other and have no visible ripples with the soft touch, even with overs 🙂 I can feel little bumps of the shell if I really stretch and run my hand over the scar but nothing visible at all. ^_^

yer I was thinking 400 so not way off. Have another consultation to confirm size so will confirm price of the naturelles and sort out making payment (got another interest free credit card on the way lol).

I had 450 cc soft touch overs last year and they are soft and squishy like natural boobs. More chance of rippling with the cuis and are only guaranteed for 10 years. Was a no brainer for me, more expensive surely equates to better quality…lol I hope xxxxx
