Help what size sports bra

Can anyone help how do you know what size sports bra or macom to get. I’m a 32 a now and hoping to be a d after my op 6aug having 375/400 unders. Don’t want to leave it until last minute. Can anyone help please xx

I’ve been recommended the macom as it can expand. Usually they will be bigger once you have had the op and then after the dwelling has gone down they will be smaller so this bra sounds like a good one. xx

I had 400 unders Hun from a 34a/b got 34DD m&s sports bra its quite tight tho. Iv heard macoms are good. Expensive tho!! Xx

So if I’m a 32 do I need to get a bigger back size so 34 d? Xx
