Help… Who decides overs or unders?? And which is best!

My op is on Wednesday and I don’t know if I’m having over the muscle or under and I’m worrying now as it hasn’t been mentioned? Do you decide this on the day?? Xxx

My surgeon decided on the day! If you have no preference and your body is suitable they will always give you the most suited option xxx
