Help with post op bras

I am looking for support bras but also some compression due to having slight fluid round implant.
I have neen to m&s today and they have measured me as a 38d in some but 37DD bordeeline 36E in others!! Currently wearing m&s total support bra and also have deep twist from amazon and zip up crop top feom sainsbirys but any recommwndations would be great as nothing really feels cpmfortable and supportive enough and im starting to get really down with this whole experience and wishi g i never had it done
I am 4 weeks post op on monday xx

Hi Juliea, I have the Macom bra and a high impact bra from M&S. Out of the two the Macom definitely feels more secure. I’ve not seen it mentioned in the forum so much but on instagram a lot of women use and highly recommend the lipoelastic extra variant. It looks a lot more comfortable than Macom to be honest!

I have the macom ultimate bra which has been great! Had my op yesterday and it’s supportive and is longer than most bras so doesn’t rub xx
