help with sizes pleeease. op booked for 27th

Hi I’m 5ft 7, 10 stone and quite an empty c cup after 2 children. I can’t get in to see the surgeon before my op as on holiday from next week. So stressed out. He says to use rice in tights but I just can’t figure out what size I will end up. Ideally want to be a D or DD. He originally said go for 325cc natrelle up to 425 which would then be Trf full projection which I’m not sure about. I really want a natural look but wonder if I will still look quite saggy if I don’t have a full projection. Please any help would be so great. 🙂

Its really hatd but you have to trust your surgeon knows what theyr on about. If you can take pictures to show him the look you want thatl give you both a clearer idea of what the result would be x
