Help with sports bra?

I have my op in 2 weeks having 325cc unders from 32b what size sports bra did ppl get if they had similar stats to me? I’ve got the 2 pack ones from asda which the nurse told me to get in 34d & a zip one from missguided, I will get a shock absorber but I’m going to wait till I have strapping off to get measured x

A few girls on here just got a few sizes left the tags on them, and then took them back after they chose the right one. I hope that helps x
