It’s creeping up to the day of my op I’m booked in with Dr Mounir. He advised UHP implants are best suited to me as I have a narrow chest and I’m fairly petite. I’m really worried about size I’m stuck between the choice of 290 or 320cc overs. I don’t want them to look too big or unatural and preferably still want to be fitting in size 6/8 clothing has anyone got any images for size reference, would be really appreciated xx ?

Hi I’m a size 6, 5ft 1, 7 stone, narrow chest, and had 320 uhp under the muscle. I was offered 275 at 1st but then the surgeon decided on 320s. I love the size not too big and suit my frame but i didnt want to go to the 320s, I didn’t want to increase my risks of rippling as I’m high risk as I have no upper body fat I was literally just ribs. The surgeon said it wouldn’t make a difference so agreed to 320s. The choice is yours tho and I always just trust the surgeon on the decisions they’re the experts and realisticly I don’t think there’s alot between the 2 sizes I’m currently around a 32D tho haven’t been properly measured. Will try upload a pic later xx

Aw thank you so much Stacey! My op is tomorrow I’m happy with the 290 or 320 I’m happy to leave the choice with Mr Mounir depending which he agrees may be best… so nervous but excited now xx

Do you have any before and after pictures I’m also a 30-32A and have practically no breast tissue I’m flat? and rib assymetry so I’m worried going larger may have a higher risk of rippling

    Hiya,

I’ll be 4 weeks post op on weds. My stats are similar to yours and I have a bony chest and all ribs. I had Dr Traynor and he said 300cc is the biggest I should go. I went with that.

I’m super happy with them and they keep changing so much for the better! I’d go for the bigger size though. If anything I wish I’d gone a little bigger, but then I hear they’re meant to get bigger as they drop. They do seem like they keep getting bigger so far tbf.

    I’ll try and attach a pic. 1st is 1 week, 2, then 3 weeks. X
