Helppp x photos please.

I am so undecided on what size implants and whether over or unders!
I seen Dr Mounir at my consutation, he said I can have either overs or unders, although he’d recommend overS.. Largest implant he’d recommend is 400cc. I am currently a A in one breast & B in the other…
Why do they recommend overs or unders?? I want them to actually look fake. Does overs do this?? Also, would 400 make them big? Or do they recommend implants which would look a natural size?? I’m so confused..

Any photos and a bit of info, before size, after size, overz/unders would be very much appreciated. Xx

I had 375cc with Mr Mounir on Monday. I was a 34a before. This was the biggest he offered me. I’m still very swollen and very pointy too so can’t see my shape at all, but to me they are small not tiny but not big and I think I could of gone bigger for my frame. But I had very little to work with even tho I’d had a baby I never breast fed and my boobs didn’t change atall threw pregnancy.
I’m 5″6 and weigh 8 St 8.

Mr Mounir told me overs are more likely to ripple but achieve a faker look. I’m no expert All the boobs I’ve seen so far on here look great. I think he’s trying to achieve what you ask for. Also so far mr Mounir has been great and my boobs look even so far xx

Hey chick there is pro n cons with Both placements by sounds of you have no problems they offer diffrent placements becoz it’s down to your skin as if had very thin skin or lose skin or at risk of sagging they place under the muscle there are 3plsnce. Overs will give you more round fake look easy to hide if you don’t want the seen / Parts this can be ref to as unders but this isn’t the same as parts are half under the muscle at the top n come over the muscle at the bottom / unders incases your implants this pins downs the implants and keeps them high also you won’t get much of a cleavage unless your in push up bra they come with less risk ) I had unders and had them placed over as chest muscle lacthed on to my right implant and pulled it out of place when I was flexing that muscle . There are 150 cc per cup size that 150g to us personly I love the fake look I always big GG of my own then lost them to 3rd child in 2011 so I had uplift and 385/415 cc then 450cc was 32G with them sizes had 3rd op I got 32GG which 590cc was told they was HP motiva but really mods so they look natural which I’m not happy about so I be going bk in the new year to rise my concerns as these implants are fuller lower pole which isn’t good for uplift girls X but make sure your HP or better ones UHP for more faker look X

Hi i think they generally say unders look more natural but ive seen overs that also look natural. I had 400cc unders from a 32a and i wouldnt say mine were masive they dont really look very big under clothes but i love how they look in bikinis!! Lots of pics on my profile if you want a look xx

It depends on your implants unders have a longer life to them and come with less risk law n behold the less risk happen to me
