Hi new on here…any of you lovely ladies had or having custom made implants?

Hi, I have 615 implants but as I have big upper arms and shoulders they don’t look as big on me as I expected. Under clothes they seem to disappear. I would like to go bigger but am a bit nervous, just wondered if any other ladies were considering having a second ba or had a second ba with the custom made sizes. Thanks xx
