High, hard lump at the top l!!

Hi

Had surgery on Saturday. 350/375 unders. It feels like they are really hard at the top and can see/ feel a hard lump in both. Which is obviously the implant but then quite soft and not so much implant at the lower part, if that makes sense!! Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal?

Hey doll I’ve not had my surgery yet but researched ba’s for years from the sounds of it it’s completely normal a lot of boobs post op can feel strange at the top or even strange at the bottom but after time they will drop and fluff out and look more like natural boobs! There’s some pics on here of people just after surgery than like 3 weeks later and the difference is amazing ! Happy healing hope this helped 🙂 x

I had 350 UHP unders 3 weeks ago and mine were really high and hard at the top. They were softer on the bottom (at one point I was convinced I was going to have double boob)
They do drop though and soften all over too. Mine are getting there, although there is still a way to go.
