High Profile?

Hi girls is there a big difference between high profile and moderate implants.. I’m 32b and hoping to achieve large c small d .. I’ve been told on getting high profile but I afraid it will make me look too big? Biggest being offered is 400cc but in afraid it will make me look massive! Any pics would be appreciated.. I’m size 8 and weight 8st1/2

Well, it might be that if you’re told you should get HP that MP would look too wide on your frame? xx

Ah is that why? I never really knew the difference I suppose my chest would be narrow so do you think they won’t look to stick out?
