high profile or moderate

help dint know what to do, what are high profiles and moderate implants? its all confusing i want a natural look and DD OR D can anyone help 🙂 thanks xx

From what I have read the more natural look with a closer together cleavage is the moderate plus. High profile have more projection from the chest but a smaller base? Have you had your consultation with the surgeon yet? xxx
