The difference between high profile & moderate / moderate plus is all to do with the projection from the centre point of the implant (how far they ‘stick out’ really!!) So if 2 implants of the same volume (e.g. both 400cc) were turned side-on, next to each other, the high profile implant would project forward more at the middle point.

The size of the implants change too depending on the profile. So two implants both with a volume of 400cc would have a different dimension if they were high profile or moderate plus profile. The moderate would be larger in diameter (measurement from one side to the other) but flatter in projection. So for some people, a 400cc high projection implant would fit but a 400cc moderate plus might not.
To have the same diameter size in moderate plus would mean a larger volume (cc).
The cohesiveness of the implant is to do with how form-stable they are, so how firm or soft they are.
The shaped implants are more cohesive (so probably cohesive 3) to help them keep their shape. Round implants tend to be cohesive 1 or 2.
