High profile vs moderate profile vs low profile

Hey gurls, what do most of you have? High, medium or low profile? Any tips on this?

Hey baby girl if I was you IDE go with HP or uhp there best ones xx

The medium are a lot more flatter with bigger base not as good HP or uhp on projection which means less base more up front xx
