I’d say with rollercoasters and such then just trust your body. I’m 4 months post op and I feel like I’d be fine to go on a rollercoaster. Tried to do a pull up the other day though and whoaaaaah not trying that again lol. Also did a climbing wall which didn’t feel nice, weird tugging under my boobs so I’m probably going to skip those for a long time, maybe forever. You’ll know what’s okay and what’s not for your body 🙂 Obviously with flights you can’t feel what’s okay and not, so need to do whatever is recommended, but with physical activities you’ll know xx
