Two weeks after for short flights, 6 weeks after for long haul flights. Sunbathing should be okay after 6 weeks – remember to use sunscreen on them! As far as going swimming, I’d wait until seeing my surgeon (3 month post-op) and getting their okay to swim. Everyone heals differently and I’m extra cautious when it comes to post-op surgery of any kind. x
