Horrible Uplift and BA experience today with Surgeon :(

I had a really Horrible experience today with Surgeon – not from MYA I must add – thought I would make an appointment with another to get a second opinion. They said something completely different to what my MYA surgeon said and when I asked for more info he told me I wouldn’t want to have an uplift as I will be left with horrible scars and that if I did want it then he would not be happy preforming it…. Further added why are you asking me – its your decision! WOW! Couldn’t believe what I was hearing!! Uplift Ladies please send me some reassurance?! x

Hey bbe, don’t let it put you off! There are some amazing surgeons out there that take pride in their work and you just need to find the right one for you. The scarring can be hardly visible when done properly… This was my main concern before I had it done but I’m sooooooo glad I went for it, I’d do it again in a heartbeat xoxo

Hey I’m 7months post op with full uplift and implants if I had choice of not having the uplift I wouldn’t have had it many things can wrong the shape isn’t as good as just implants and you will have jagged nipples as well so if u been told u dont need the uplift don’t do it I went with The hospital group my surgeon was good but I need a re op 23rd of this month feel free to add me if u want x

Transform. I think I’m a border kine case – Dont want to have implants and then its more weight on top of what I have as I’m a D (quite deflated) now… so confused 🙁

I went with Mr Chantasarak through MYA, but I had a consult with Mr Khan at transform and I found him really awful, almost put me off doing it completely! I’ve heard great things about Dr Singh from girls on here though xoxo

If they empty they just need filling out abit if that’s case they will put them under the thing is with implants y don’t you go somewhere else and see wot they say xx

I am happy with what MYA have suggested just going to see this other surgeon today has really thrown me, different advice, attitude, everything – said 25% of uplifts will need more surgery. Offered me just implants and then if not happy with results can have the uplift, but that’s two lots of surgery etc.

It also depends on your nipple position. U don’t want just implants & they drop again due to the weight. She what Singh says & u can always ask to see another surgeon if u wanna c what they say x

These are my thoughts exactly Laura – cant see how adding more weight will make them lift – I’m only 28 so want them to last. But I suppose you have the risk of this with am uplift too?

Wot kind of uplift are we talking about ? As if its just a nipple lift that’s not to bad ? X

If you are an empty cup the implants can will fill the them out my friend did this take a look at my pics b4 my op and tell me if yours are as bad as that ? X

Full anchor lift. Its hard to tell from the pic hun – I know that mine are 24/25 cm from collar bone and 2-3 degree – if that makes any sense? Is your friend on here?

No she’s not on hear but il have a look at my friends list and find some1 x

I had a full an anchor lift and my scars are hairline thin and nearly faded completely after 9 months!!! X

It was on channel 4 so it should be on 4od, it’s called how not too get old I was in the second episode about 20 mins in and my boobies are in the title sequence

They are fab one is still a bit harder by I think it’s just cos I have next to no breast tissue round it so I can feel implant more x
