Hospital stay vs hotel

Hey lovelies!! Can I gain your experiences on whether you stayed in hospital or not. Currently I’m booked as a day case however I am getting a bit worried about whether I’ve made the wrong choice. Thankyou x

I stayed over night at the hospital and I was glad I did as they really do look after you and I felt like I was in the best hands. I had a bit of a funny reaction to the anaesthetic so I didn’t move from the bed until the next morning and I definitely couldn’t have gone home. It’s different for everyone though, my surgery was in the late afternoon so by the time I came round it was already evening x

I stayed over night in London hospital and it was worth the money, nurses helped with everything from getting up to the toilet to connecting my charger they checking on you regularly and nothing was to much for them as I was pretty sore to even lift glass of water on the first day( my surgery was around 9am) and next day was so much easier. I would say that if you not gonna have much help the first day at home you should consider to stay.
