How are you mummified after the surgery? ??

What dressing are attached after the surgery? I was under the impression that it was full wrapped round bandages ??? but looking at some of your attached pics it seems to be a self adhesive dressing and a sports bra?…I’m confused am I being really thick lol?! Thank you xx
