How do I know which size sports bra to get?

I will be getting a Macom 🙂
But I also want another bra for when its in the wash
I was thinking the shock absorber sports bra
How do I know what size to even get though!?
Shall I ring my nurse or PC?
Im clueless atm

I would go for a sportsjock d3! They are the same as the macom in that they fit a range of cupsizes. They’re really good quality too!

I bought macom bra in extra small because I have a tiny waist, keep the same back size but just choose a few cup sizes bigger. I asked my surgeon. You can as the nurse aswell.
I bought a cute zebra zip front sports bra aswell from m&s Which ok il be wearing to swap when macom in the wash. Even tho wount be using either of tthem first few days as I will have strappings! Ergh lol but ye hope this helped xx

what cup sizes have you asked to be? like I asked a DD so I got an E and a DD, E for swelling and then DD for when it goes down but none of them vfitted as I chose the bigger implant last min so get two if you can but one will do as it will fit in the end xx

Ye that’s what I’m saying sweety, any brand keep back size same and as rinx mentioned whatever size your expecting to be I’m other words what I said a few cup sizes bigger I bought a 32dd but the material is stretchy that’s why I didn’t buy any bigger because I like it to be extra tight I tried them on with my Sizers lol took them with me to the changing room in the store 😛 xx

if your also getting the macom don’t worry about any other bras as I found the macom brilliant but the sportsjock one is meant to be amazing so definitely get that! I will be getting one as soon as I get paid xx
