How do implants feel ??

Hi never really thought of it before today and was wondering how do implants feel ? Can u feel they there? And what about sleeping as I am a sleep on belly person.Can u always feel them or do they feel like natural breast ??

hey 🙂 iv had mine for about a year now.. the first couple of weeks made me feel funny, feeling them as u can make out where they are if u feel them.. now they feel alot more natural.. they are still soft too touch and still squishy if u squeeze them lol i sleep on my tummy all the time, sometimes they can feel a little uncomfortable if u lay directly on them. just have to move about and find get comfy.. 😀 xx
