How do partials go in?

Maybe a stupid question lol but half in half out makes me think surely there’s more chance of them moving and coming out?! Is it the top or bottom that’s under the muscle x

Hi emilyou I had partials 6 days ago ? it’s partially under the top part of the muscle (not the actual pectoral muscle, they don’t cut through the actual musclr or anything ? just the connective tissue) so the bottom part of the implant is under just the breast tissue (so overs in theory) Hope this helps ? xxx
