I’m transgender and I’ve been asking my big breasted friends how what they think is their ideal breast size is as I want to get large breasts, and all of them have basically how small is better, something around a C or D is best they’re heavy, inconvenient, make you slouch and so on. I love big breasts, and I’m not put off from a boob job, so I want to ask you who have opted for larger than average breasts how they make you feel and how do you feel about big boobs?
Stats: 5’0, 108lbs, 445cc UHP Silicone unders. Was the biggest I could go. Well, I’m only 6 days PO now, but I went from being flat chested (small 32A) to now, probably a 32DD/32E (cant buy bras yet/be measured). I feel it’s one of those things where they say “the grass is always greener on the other side”. A lot of girls with small boobs want bigger, a lot of girls with bigger want smaller. With small boobs, they’re “cute” and they dont get in the way bc they’re smaller obviously, but clothes shopping isn’t always as fun bc you cant fill certain items out without having padding, depending of course on how small you are. I will say, I was most excited to finally be able to fill out tops and wear cute bathing suits, and finally be done with push up bras. It’s also nice to have cleavage and feel sexier. For me it’s still too soon to look normal in anything bc they havent dropped and fluffed, but right now they are so high up and swollen, anything I wear/try on, I feel pretty busty….. Wouldn’t say they feel heavy, but I do have to fix my posture every so often when I notice I’m slouching just bc they’re still so new to me and my chest is tight from how small I was before. I dont regret my choice in size, I just know it’ll be a while til they look like my wish pics. I wanted a very full, round, “perfect” boob look, and I believe that’s exactly what I’ll have. No regrets, but yeah…. things I’ve tried on that may have looked cute with my tiny tits now dont fit the same/ dont work bc my boobs are too big…. and also things I could NEVER fill out as an A cup, I look super sexy in now with my new size. My husband has been loving it. I’d say just stay true to yourself bc “Boob greed” is also a real thing. At the end of the day, its your body, you’ll be living with them, do what’s best for you. If you like the full, fake look, more power to ya. I do too! (:
have your friends got natural or enhanced boobs though because there is such a difference! I’ve always had large boobs for my size but since having children they dropped and emptied (?) have just had an enlargement and measure a 32ff but they don’t feel as big as when I was naturally an e cup! The shape is so much better and they sit higher. Your surgeon would be able to recommend the perfect size for you though based on measurements of your frame x
My friends are natural. I don’t know anyone with implants. One person I know told me she would get implants but would stay the same size. Many talk about proportion, but also say things against large breasts. With that said I’ve had people say that because I have a huge bum I could probably go large
to be proportionate.
I’ll go as large as I want to but the thing that I’m worried about is meeting a surgeon who won’t go as large as I want because what I’d like is round, fake and too big for my frame; disproportionately large like Jordan Carver (pictured) before her reduction or Denise Milani before hers. I think I’ll end up with a 34 back (I don’t wear a bra yet) and I want to wear at least a G cup bra.
Tbh, you will probably have to have a second surgery to get to the size you want, but you could prob get pretty big if u go extra full profile and the largest your surgeon can fit. It does depend on your breast width diameter to start and skin elasticity, but I’d definitely look for a surgeon who specializes in or is at least very comfortable and confident in doing larger implants. Many surgeons are scared of high and extra high profile. Mine was not, he was amazing, but a lot of surgeons make excuses for not wanting to go too big. I think the surgeons experience has a lot to do with it. XX
