how do you know….

If your sports bras are tight enough, too tight or giving you enough support?
Ive got a black seamless sports bra on from asda its a medium size and doesent feel too tight but it cradles my boobs nicely. Its so comfortable but im.scared its not giving me enough support. Any tips or advice from anyone x

I just wrote a reply and it didn’t post 😐 anyway I’ve got these bras in the small lovely and I’m 5days po, they are so comfy but I’ve been thinking the same, ready posts on the forum makes me think I’ve been too comfy 😐 I have my po appt tomorrow morning so I’ll let you know what they say 🙂 xx

Well i had mine on friday and the nurse said basically that the bras i had bought werent going to sit low enough down from my scars .. but if i buy them any bigger they will be way too slack.hmmm decisions xx

It’s so hard to find a bra that fits though because obviously swelling will go down and we’ll need smaller ones. I’ve seen some total support ones in Matalan and tesco so I’m going to ask about those tomorrow as well. Mine sits just below my stitches so it’s oky but whether it’s supporting my babies properly… I don’t know lol xx

My surgeon says as long as you can run one finger across and around the under bust area then it’s the right fit x
