How do your boobs look post-op?

Be honest now, I want to be prepared- how bad do your boobs look for the first few weeks after a breast enlargement?

I’m having 380 unders with Mr Traynor in January and he said they don’t look that bad, but I’ve seen some post-op pictures online that suggest otherwise! I know they change and get better over time, but what can I expect first?

Mine were ok no bruising at all just swollen and wonky nothin to worry about xxxx

Mine were no problem I had no bruising minimal swelling and they were soft by day 3! I’m over the moon worth my results x

No I don’t at all I’ve already looked on google images for that, I just wanted to ask people who’ve been through it with the same company that’ll be doing it to me. I only joined so that I could ask that, I’ve been reading the forum since my initial consultation in June.

😉 they look quite shiny for a few days that’s about it really some surgeon wrap them up, others just tell you to wear a sports bra from day 1. I think those with uplifts have more involved, but a standard ba most seem fine, just shiny and a bit swollen.

Most actually seem more worried about not bathing or showering for a week or so 😉

No 😉 I’m a non MYA Girl, but this is by far the nicest and most useful forum. I’m 15 days po.

Iv had two ops, and in a honesty they don’t look awful afterwards. It’s clearly not the final result, but they are a tad swollen, shiney, strapped up (either plasters of some description, or actual strapping), your incisions are covered for more then a week, but they normally look like an incision, rarely more after the week. Your boobs are small, you will be disappointed and upset, you will be sore to a degree, you will wonder why you did it, then after week three (sometimes more, sometimes less, but week three is generally a turn around for most) you love them, and wonder how you lived without them
Iv had two failed BA’s to date, so know how much it can hurt seeing awful results, but the changes in the first six weeks are amazing (whether they change for good or bad) xx

Hey Hun, I woke up with white plasters over my incision (yesterday infant) but no other strapping or bra – at first I was worried as the breast seemed a weird shape it was very pointy and I panicked it was guna stay like that! But this morning wakin up in hospital with my sports bra on I can feel they have grown, the bulging (for want of a better word) of the top of the implant is about 2 inches from my collar bone so they have risen, I’m a tad uncomfortable this morning but I’d say less painful than a niggling head ache. I had 375cc trx which is extra full projection, partial unders. Also had otoplasty, ear pinning, in the night I removed some of the tape over my head bandage as it was bluddy tight! But all is fine 🙂 xx

Mine were horrid like full on one nipple up one down etc but they do settle .. U dont see celebs with wonky boobs that shine do you (: however your natural breasts sit now weather one is slightly larger etc is how they will be but it looks worse until they settle don’t worry (: I had ignorant thought they would look lovely! Haha big shock for a week or two ..but at least you have thought about it 🙂

Haha Lottie I thought exactly the same! When it said “The swell” I thought that just meant they swell up a bit, but judging by some of the pics I’ve seen they swell every which way! At least I know a bit of hideousness is normal for a while now haha

Deffo I was at the biggest 36 gg now I’m 36f .. No idea how my band size has gone up so much tbh! I was 30/32:?! Lol but I couldn’t of lived without sports cooling patches !:) I seriously looked deformed -.- haha much improent now ! Just want some more natural under boob!! Xx
