How long before swapping your bra to wash?

Hi girls

I hope this doesn’t sound like a minging question! I’ve heard you need a clean bra every day. How long are you girls wearing yours for before you take them off to wash and put a clean one on? I’m worried about infection so I will obviously be changing them regularly but I can’t help but think a clean one every day is unnecessary? I’m going to spend my life washing bra’s! Haha

I’ve still got bandages on my incisions so left mine on a few days so relieving putting a fresh one on though but I don’t know about swapping it every day does seem excessive my sisters swapped hers every two days or so I’ve bought a fair few bras now though ha so maybe get a couple on the go the asda ones are still by far my favourite though but my sister loved her macoms and she’s overs xxx

I had strapping on for 10 days but when that was removed my nurse said clean one on a morning then swap at bed time or at least clean every 24hours

Okay thanks 🙂 I’ve ordered 2 black asda ones, a White Macom and a clay Macom so hopefully that’s enough! 🙂 xx
