How long before you started going out and about again?

Hi girls,

Sorry for the millionth post on here but this forum is really helping to cure my boredom whilst I’m sat at home!
I had my op yesterday and I thought I’d be loving the time off but I’m already getting cabin fever haha! There’s a meal with work girls on Saturday as one of them is leaving and I wouldn’t drink or anything but would like to go for an hour or so and just have my mum wash my hair over the bath so I look presentable do you think this will be alright? or should I still be resting then? Also is it okay to wear fake tan as long as I don’t put it near my incisions? xxx

PS does anyone know if unders get bigger/smaller over time? I love the size of mine now and want them to stay the same!! xxx

If you feel up to it why not it’s only a meal not like u going raving lol. Just be cautious of people bumping into you. I’m 3 weeks post op. I went out after I think it was 6 days was fine to go out before then but cold really annoys my boobs feels like they going to take off lol + I had a bad allergic reaction to antibiotics so knocked me back was ill for 3 days.. I had behind muscle I think now mine are getting softer they getting bigger lol.xx

I went out for coffee 2 days after my op but I was exhausted by the time u got home again xx

Thanks girls I think I might just play it by how I feel tomorrow, don’t want to be doing too much and my right boob is really sore atm probably because I’ve used my right arm too much! xxx

Stay at home Hun , feet up , TV on . I’m 7 days po and I still get tired very quickly xx

Yeah it’s the tiredness that’s getting to me I can’t stay awake for longer than about an hour at a time!! x

Hey Hun I had my op last Monday and I’m back at work and am out this weekend for lunch and dinner ha!

My right boob is also still sore so think Ive been overdoing it a little but still feel okay!

@rwhitexx Is it stinging hun? I was really happy with mine yesterday and the day before but today my right one is really stinging I feel like I’ve torn something or stretched my stitches too much 🙁 xxx
