I’m 13wpo today and my right breast has dropped and started fluffing, however my left is still smaller, higher and tighter. I’m right handed.
At my last checkup I was told everything looked and felt perfect and as it should, and to massage them, push the left implant down with my hands from the top of my breast, roll the implant around and push my breasts together to help soften them up quicker, and to do this every day until they soften. I’ve been doing that now for about 6 weeks and my left one still hasn’t budged. How long did yours take to drop and even themselves out? How long were yours uneven for? Starting to get paranoid about it now and worrying 🙁

I’m 8weeks post op today and mine are very similar to yours. My boobs were uneven to begin with but had same size implant placed in both. We’re identical pre op?

Ashleigh nope, not that I’m aware of xx

Ramla yes, same size implants in both breasts xx

Hoping one is just slower than the other and they’ll eventually be identical. Surgeon told me they will eventually catch up with each other x

Nurse told me at my let check that essentially it’s two separate surgeries and will heal slightly differently so not to panic … My left breast ( also right handed) is slower to drop

I’m trying not to think too much into it since she did say it was perfectly normal and everything looked fab so a waiting game I think xx

I’m 26wpo, right implant still hasn’t dropped and breast is now noticably smaller than my left. Same size implants and no noticable assymetry before BA. Starting to think it’s not going to happen! Xx

It doesn’t make you worry doesn’t it! Patience is something I’m lacking lol! Hope all of yours sort themselves out too! Xx

I’m the same. 22wpo. Right isn’t budging. I rang the clinic and they said not to worry. But thanks for letting them know and they noted my concern on file. Said I’d call again in about 3/4 months if no improvement. I basically rang to see if I should be doing something like massage or something? They told me not to though x

@sophia I met with my surgeon this afternoon- she said muscle on right side is really tight hence the slower drop, she told me to start massaging and showed me few techniques to do at home. She didn’t seem concerned which is reassuring. She said they’ll get there just to be patient… easier said than done! X

Ladies, how are the boobs doing? I’m in the same situation and it’s so hard waiting for one to drop and fluff and thinking it’s never going to happen.

Hi i’m only 4 weeks post op and mine have dropped and softened quite abit, i think its a mixture of like luck (cos everyones bodies act different), the fact i have overs, buuuut, also I can recommend the Lush “Therapy” massage bar, really helps to soften and moisturise the skin whilst massaging them, also contains something which helps the preventions of stretch marks, so win win 🙂

Hi ladies, I’m 7 months post op now and my left (right handed also) is a completely different size and my nipple seems to look a different way which it didnt before. And the scar on the left is a good inch or 2 higher. I’m beginning to think it’s not going to drop ☹ anyone else taken this long??

Hi gemma I’m exactly the same at nearly 5 month. I had textured implants and everything Iv read says they rarely drop if they haven’t at 6 weeks. I saw my surgeon at 6 weeks as they hadn’t changed since week 2 he agreed one was a lot higher and that if they hadn’t dropped In another 4 months he would reop free of charge. I see him again next week so hopefully will be able to get the go ahead to fix. You need to see your surgeon and also see if you had textured or smooth xx

I’m only coming up to 4 weeks po and my one boob doesn’t seem the same as the other one… the one I absolutely love it… it’s everything I expected the other I feel is changing but not like the other one. Mya been great and they will review it again now at my 6 weeks check has anyone ended up having revision due to them not being the same size and shape?
