I’ve had my implants for ten years now but got them replaced yesterday, I’ve been up and about doing stuff as I feel great, just a little sore however I’m sure I’m supposed to be resting as first time round I did rest up for quite a while. I don’t want to risk the healing process so could somebody tell me what I’m supposed to be doing as I’m finding resting up very boring lol x

I’ve just had my 2nd op too and recovery has definitely been much easier this time around even though I have had an uplift.

I rested for the first 2 days, I had my surgery abroad and on the 2nd day I flew home.

Once home I rested for a day in bed still getting up to make dinner etc but nothing strenuous.

Day 5 I was back working, I’m a nail tech.
    Day 6 I drove again.

Aside from the sleeping I’m now day 16 and I’d say I’m back to normal, I just don’t lie on my front or sides in bed.

    Not sure when we can?

That’s fab you got back to normal so quickly! I’m hoping I do aswell! I’ve got a 11 month old and a 2 year old so I’m not supposed to lift them for 6 weeks but other than that I’m really hoping I can do everything else x
