How long do I need to sleep sat up?

I slept upright for 5 days then on my back then on side at 2 weeks.

I have no Idea about pain killers hun I didn’t take any xx

Ive stopped codine for the same reason hun. Im just keepin on top with paracetamol. X

Thanks I’ve just took paracetamol last night and this morning going to try with that another girl said I can take ibrufen however you spell it so will take that if pain persists xx
