How long do overs take to drop?

Hi 🙂 I had breast implants under the muscle last year and they took months to drop, now I’m 3 days post op with overs and they feel like they’ve dropped loads already is this possible? Will they keep changing and how much different do they look from now until fully healed? will they fill out more at the bottom like unders? I haven’t got a clue! Thanks 🙂 xx

Yea I’ve got overs, not sure when it started to drop tho because I wasn’t brave enough to look at them before I’d done a week post op lol!! Just hope the other one starts soon don’t want wonky boobs ? Xx

Aww haha! Well last time I checked every few hours and they took months for them to drop but mine don’t look high up at all now they look pretty normal already! Il attach a pic and see what you think? The pink bit around my nipples have gone really big as well haha! Don’t know if that will go down or change? ? Xx

I hunni with you having over and unders! What is the difference between the 2 please?? I’m still confused on what the difference is apart from recovery time.. ibe been told look wise tidy both the same xx

It’s so much different! It feels so weird now, it’s more painful having unders but if you’ve got enough breast tissue I’d go for overs just from my experience they feel loads softer and move move and to me I think they feel and look more real. But I had unders because I was only 32a but had to change to overs because my skin wasn’t filled out enough. I’ve tried attaching a pic but it won’t work it’s saying the image is too big it’s really annoying ? I couldn’t even wash my hair after a week when I had unders and I managed to wash my hair after 2 days with overs. But it depends on what final result you want! It’s worth the extra pain if that’s the look you’re looking for. I’m just so happy with mine now already ☺️ Xxx

Mine felt really hard and didn’t move much under and I’ve got a cleavage already with overs after 3 days.. Everyone is different though!

That is great thank you.. I want the natural look and feel so overs would be for me of I’m given the OK by my surgeon xx

Well most people say unders look more natural but I think overs feel more natural if you get me, mine unders were hard and didn’t move much and overs are softer. So they both look natural in different ways! Xxx

I’m having 375cc overs next weekend and worried what size they will be after? Did you have a bigger implant when you had overs?

Yes I had 400cc unders and now I’ve got 500cc overs 🙂 I was measuring 30E or 32DD different bras so I’m guessing il be around 1 size bigger now xxx

Here’s my 390 tear drop overs , my right is softer than left and has dropped a little and I think the left still looks a little swollen , I was a 34a to start with and for a 34F sports bra now but I wouldn’t say they look that big xx

@katieh25 what stats are u Hun? Do u know what profile u r having? Mine r High profile I started at 34a I’m 5ft 5 and weighed 9st 8 before surgery xx

see mine don’t seem to look high like I think they should?! Yours look amazing and one does usually drop quicker it’s annoying haha ? But mine feel like they are already dropped and I’m confused to how they’re going to Change. Can I ask why you had overs if you were size A to begin with? I was worried I wouldn’t have enough breast tissue to hide the implants but I’ve had to because of the amount of skin I had stretched xxx

Emma I’m 10 stone 11 5ft4 and very curvy I have a typical pear shape. I asked to be evened up as I don’t have much on top. My surgeon said this is the most he would do for me (375cc) as I’m small on top. He said overs would be good as I want a fuller look, yours look great huni xx

I keep looking at people with 500cc and they look bigger than mine ? I had them done on wed I had 300cc overs and changed to 500 overs but they don’t feel that big at all . I started off barely a 32 a first had them done 7 years ago . X

@la1993 I went in convinced I wanted overs but when he measured me up and we had a chat he said I had well developed muscle so it would be better for me to have overs plus I had enough tissue to cover the implant (probably just empty skin really from loosing 3 stone after I had my last baby a few years ago) but I’m glad I did go with the overs now even just for the recovery time being quicker than unders. I a
lso go to the gym every morning usually and do weights and cross fit so I’ll be able to get back to doing that a lot quicker since my muscle won’t need to recover xx

Amy I feel like mine are small but they look bigger on pictures I take! I feel like people who’ve had 300cc look bigger than mine ? But I saw how someone’s overs had changed from week 1 to week 12 yesterday and they looked about 3 sizes bigger at week 12! Whether that will happen I don’t know ? And Emma I’m just scared that the swelling will go down and you’ll be able to see rippling or something! My surgeon said I can either have 600cc unders to try and hide my old breast crease or he can try 500cc overs but there is a chance of seeing the implants because I don’t have much breast tissue and so far you can’t see anything but I’m worried about how much they’re going to change which is why I was asking how much to do they change when they drop ? I lost 8 stone which is why I had this done in the first place I was size 6 and then ended up 15 and a half stone 🙁 and after I had my daughter I lost 8 stone in 9 months I think it was mainly water than fat because I was so healthy.. But it ruined my boobs ? So will the amount of skin hide the implants even though I’ve got no breast tissue?? So confusing!!xxx
