How long do they last?

Hey Girls

In my first meeting I forgot to ask how long do the implants last? Do they need re-doing after like 10 years?

Also how long until any of you started driving post op?

They said you shouldn’t drive for two weeks, if you feel up to it before you must be able to do an emergence stop . I tried driving day 13 post op it was a little uncomfortable pulling on my upper muscle in Breast. Then hubby adjusted my steering wheel to make it easier?

The implant’s can last a life time, it just depends what they look like in ten years you may want to have them redone x

In the information I got it says the implants last 25years xxx

They can last anything up to 25 years, but it all depends on your body, if you lose/put on weight, have any more children ect. Also you may just decide to get them redone because they aren’t as high as they used to be. My pc said anything up to 25 years but people usually get them redone after 10-15, so still a long time x
