I personally am still not always comfy I’m 5 weeks p.o and I could sleep on my back 3 weeks post op without agony … Still can’t sleep on my tummy comfortably though 🙁 depends on your healing and how your finding pain anyways I guess some people can like one week post op :D… Iv found it’s helped get rid of all the bloat and water though ! X

im almost two weeks post op and i am still sleeping propped. up – for the first week and a half i had three pillows plus my v-pillow but now i only have 1-2 pillows plus my v-pillow and it feels better.
Tried sleeping on my side just to change the position a bit last night but it made my boob sore so shouldnt have really.
I have read some girls on here sleep flat 1weeks post op, so it depends on each person.

Hi hun, I slept flat from day one. The nurses told me it really made minimal difference. It was uncomfortable for a while but I thought being propped up would be much worse! I’m 3weeks post op now and my boobs had dropped after about a week and were very squishy from the same time 🙂 x
