how long do you have to wear a sports bra to bed?

hi girls im nearly 8 weeks PO now and can wear bras and work out etc 🙂 but when is it okay to sleep with out a sports bra?
iv done it for one night but got up half way through the night and put my bra back on lol! i was to worried! xxx

I’d be interested to know this too. I just assumed it was 6 weeks, but then never thought you might still need to wear it during the night.

I understood it was 6 weeks I’m only 2 weeks so 24×7

I wore a sports bra until I saw my surgeon which was after 6 weeks. He told me then that I did not need to wear it in bed anymore.

Yeah i assumed it was 6 weeks, but have my 6 week PO check over the phone and forgot to ask! It feels so strange sleeping without them supported i mightgive it ago tonight and see how i get on 🙂
Claire its feel amazing wearing nice bras and normal tops again 🙂 xxx
