How long do you have to wear the sexy socks for?

I’m 2 days post op and just wondering how long I have to wear the socks for? I can’t really remember what the nurse said as I was pretty sleepy. I’m sure she said a week? Can anyone help?xx

i took mine off the morning after my op they were so tight and uncomfortable! xx

I had them removed 2 days post op, I think you can get them removed once you are mobile. Like ones you’re able to start walking around the house ? as that helps with your blood circulation xx

I took mine off when i left hospital and I was a day case!! They told me too! X

Oh okay! I’m still wearing mine but there doing my head in!! I wasn’t sure what I was suppose to be doing as couldn’t remember xx

I was told to keep them on for two days Hun x

I was a day case and took them off when I left the hospital. Well, I kept them on in the car til I got home. Sod having to wear them for 2 days! Weird how weird told different things! x

I took mine off after two days then had to put them back on that night as my feet had became all swollen again despite being mobile. I’m now day 4 and going to take them off today, though to be fair I think I was told to keep them on for either 3 or 4 days. X

I was told to keep them on until I was fully back to normal I.e be active not slobbing on sofa! So I kept mine on nearly 2 weeks just to be safe. X
