How long do you sleep sat up?

I’m soooo sick of trying to sleep sat up. Im achinh all over, and waking 1000 times a night. I’m fed up – how long do we have to do this for. I’m not talking sleeping on my front or side but just layed down??

I’ve been lay down since Sunday night ….I’ve just got an extra pillow.. I couldn’t sleep sat up any longer. Did it the best I could for a week!

I started laying down after 6/7 days when the morning boob pain got more bearable. Although at 5 days post op the nurse told me I could start sleeping on my side! But I didn’t as I found it too painful. Just listen to your body hun if it’s not too painful to sit up from lying down then you should be okau after day 5 xx
