How long do you take arnica for?

I’ve read that arnica is only to be taken for 7 days? Yet I’ve read some people take it for three weeks, which arnica is this.. I have the 30c Nelsons homeopathic arnica, can I take this for longer than the 7 days? Did anybody else do this…

The lil balls that melt in ur mouth ! I just took mine till I ran out. My friend still had further bruising to vontend with so she had a day break rhen took another lil pack of them

Are they the same ones? I wasn’t sure if you could take 30c for longer than the 7 days it says… It’s because I have bad bruising under my eyes and it looks awful that I need to get rid of it and I noticed arnica does quickly but I wasn’t sure if they can be taken longer…

If u havent got open wounds u can use arnica cream if ur worried about over dose on tablets x

The bruising is too sore to touch, when I do touch it even lightly it gets worse. I’ll take the tablets till it gets better and if I notice any problems then i’ll stop, I’m sure it should be okay if others are taking it for three weeks!

Its only a herbel type of thing anyway and my friend was ok with the 2 lots x

@Shelly I took the 30c until the bottle ran out. I had no ill effects and I think they really help. I commenced them the day after surgery and I have had absolutely no bruising at all so I think they are pretty good, I have also used the cream not on my brests thiugh but at other times and found it quite effective.
