How long do you wear a sports bra in bed for?

I’m 9 weeks po and just wondered how long I need to wear my sports bra in bed for please?

Think it’s now up to you Hun I know when I see the nurse for my strapping off she said she still wears hers 5 years later! Have you seen surgeon for po check yet? xx

My waxing lady is 3 years po and says she still wears them, not every night but most x

heyy my sister is about 3/4 year’s post opp and still wear’s them for bed xx

I still wear mine almost 9 months post op

Omg why so long ? I thought maybe first 6-8 weeks max
