How long does bloating last

I’m now 9 day post op, and my stomach still feels huge, I’m wondering how long this will take to go down feels like it never will, I’ve got from loving my stomach and hating my boobs to loving my boobs and hating my stomach.

Hey Hun, currently in the exact same boat, I’m only 4 dpo so I’m being really impatient but the bloating is horrible! Before my op I cleared away loads of jeans that were hanging off me and I’ve had to get them back out again and now they are tight! I hope it goes down for you soon!! I’ve heard it can be painkillers, are you still taking yours? X

Thanks for the reply, it’s horrible isn’t it I feel so frumpy at the moment, no I’m not on the pain killers any more, I was hoping when I came off them it would go but no such luck, I thought it would be gone by now. Xx

I was bloated for weeks, I felt about six months gone lol, drink
Plenty of water and peppermint tea x

Drink lots of water, I was drinking about 3 litres it’s supposed to help flush out all the toxins from the anaesthetic, and painkillers. My bloating was gone by end of week two

Hey, i’m 4 days PO, i feel the same my belly is huge, however i have now developed a rash around my belly and neck, does anyone know if this is normal? X
