How long does it take to save?

Im really want a breast enlargement i have no confidence at all and im wondering how long it would take to save? Whats the best strategy? I have not been in employment for 3 years so i got told i cant get them on finance, just wondering if anyone can give me any advice or tips.

For me personally I saved just under £500 a month for almost a year, I think if it’s something you really want done you have to sacrifice other things in order to save, I’m fortunate in that I still live with my parents and don’t have any children so I just had to sacrifice social things that cost money but it was worth it x
