How long off work?

I work as a waitress two days a week. Are any of you girl waitresses, if so how long did you need off work? X

I’m a receptionist in a restaurant and I’ve taken 2 weeks off. I’m a week post op now, no pain but my arms and muscles are still aching and stiff. I would definitely struggling being on my feet all day x

I’m a cafe assistant and I’m 12 dpo my gp has signed me off for another week due to not being able to lift much

Can I ask what the gp wrote on your sick note As I am not telling work I am having a uplift but will need to produce a sick note so worrying what my gp will write on it xx

Hi Caroline, they don’t write what you’ve had, but the note says that you have had elective surgery but I don’t think it goes into detail 🙂 hope that helps x

Oh fab thank you 🙂 I have told them I am having surgery just not told them what – keep them guessing lol xx
