How long should I take off work?

If I had a simple office job this wouldn’t be a problem but I work in costa, I am on my feet running around all day, heavy lifting, reaching in high places etc. Realistically how long do you think I should have off?

Im a nurse- lots of manual handling. I had 17 days off after unders, it was still quite painful for me.
