How long to wait

Hi Girls!
I’ve booked my initial consultation in Cardiff for the 4th May, i was just wondering how long it normally takes from initial consultation to having boobs!

I had my initial consultation 11th April surgery is booked 8th may. It all depends on how flexible your time is. Also if you want to book your surgery to secure a date when your at your initial consultation the deposit is more 1000 or 500 if you book it when you meet your surgeon. I was lucky as I had my initial consultation then met my surgeon a week later due to a cancellation then my pre op week after you have to have your pre op with the nurse no later than 2 weeks before surgery hope this helps xx

I had my first consultation with my PC on 18 March, met my surgeon on 31 March and my Op is on 4 May!
I had all my other little checks and inbetween. It all depends on you and your surgeon really. I needed to wait 4-6 weeks till I could fly and my op is 6 weeks before so it was the latest I could get it done xxx

Mine was less than a month.

Initial consultation 14th march
2nd consultation/pre op 28th march
Surgery date 31st march

As you can probably tell.. I wanted it done asap lol! Xx

Just bear in mind there has to be at least a 4 week cooling off period after your first consultation to surgery date, I only found this out when my pc gave me available dates & I sorted kids/ work etc out & she forgot about this 4 week policy x

I had my first consultation on 4th Feb and booked my surgery date that day with £1000 deposit for 5th April. Im sure it’s only a 2 week cooling off period not 4 weeks, there’s girls on here that have had consultations and surgery In less then a month. I only met my surgeon 15 days before surgery and the 2 week cooling off period starts from meeting him xx

Hi My surgery was done within a month of my first contact with Mya.
initial consultation was 23 march, consultation with my surgeon was 30th march, my op was 18th April. I was also told a 2 week cooling down period after meeting the surgeon. I requested a cancellation if a slot came available (which it did on 18th, original date they gave me was 9th May) if you can be flexible with your dates then you get it done quickly, I asked for a discount on the price for a cancellation slot xx

Hey!

I had my first consultation in Decemeber, met my surgeon in Feb, and then had my surgery April 13th.
I could have had my surgery 21 days after my consultation with my surgeon but I couldn’t get the time off work!
Everyone’s experience is different but I feel as if it all happens extremely fast! Especially if you are lucky to have anytime off work!
