How long to wait for breast implants after a baby??

How long do they make u wait for a boob job after u have had a baby??? Some say 3 months others say 6?? I breast fed 8/9 weeks then my milk dried up. My body has gone bk to pre pregnancy size an weight. My son is now nearly 5months my 2nd consultation is the 21st jan. i have had my 3 boys now so that’s my lot, no more babies. Xxx

Hey nikki. I’ve had my two babies so no more for me! I’m the same as you, I’m back at my pre-pregnancy weight (my boobs didnt change at all during pregnancy, unfortunately for me!!) My little boy is 22 weeks and I was told he’d need to be 6 months old by one company but my pc and the surgeon I saw at mya didn’t say anything about it.. Xx

Hi Nicki, thanks for replying to my question. I typed it in to google and it seems to be a case of ur body going bk to the pre pregnancy weight an making sure ur milk has completely gone, which i can tick both yes to that.When I went for my 1st consultation at mya in Brighton the girl seemed to think 6- 12 months , I really don’t want to have to wait much longer. I guess I will jus have to see what Marion the surgeon has to say. Do u mine if I add u?? X

Depends on the surgeon, I seen mr Mounir when my son was 3 1/2 months, he felt my breasts and said they were not back to normal and that I would need to wait until baby is 6 months, also he won’t operate until 6 months, 9 months if you breasted.

I am now having mine done with Mr Traynor who says 3 months but my son will be 6 months when getting them done in February x

hi, i stopped breast feeding in july and had my BA on 17 december, so was 5 months after stopped breast feeding x

Mr Mounir said it was 6 months just to make sure your breasts are back to how they should be think it was more to cover himself invade they change slightly after the OP. But the surgeon can tell if the breast tissue has healed it not & I think you know your own body so if you think you are fully healed then I wouldn’t worry about it too much.

My boobs changed (and I thought they had stopped at 3 months 🙁 when I was pregnant , so for me it took a year ( im still producing milk!!)before they settled for being rubbish lol now my lil boy is two i decided I needed new boobs and voila 😀 but hey I don’t know your genetics or body .. 6 months seems safe to most people 🙂

My lil boy is nearly 2 if I mess withheld boobs I still get bits of milk now, I had mine done when he was 11 months xx

Thanks to all u ladies for ur comments 🙂 I guess I will us have to wait an see what Marion Grob thinks on the 24th. My milk dried up by 9 wks an I was very lucky I lost my baby weight within 4wks but to be honest my bump was all baby. I would like to be a D . I went up to an E when I was pregnant with all my boys an then Went bk to a small 32 b again like I was pre pregnancy. Xxx

I feel like a bloody cow with my milk aha Beckie do u find they drop more easily coz of implants I have it’s weird haha feels like I’m pregnant again (lol hopefully not!:) has your boobs changed muh yet or sensitivity? And nikki I had Marion she’s brilliant and I completely trusted her as she’s a woman she has actual boobs which no man can relate too 🙂 but yeah sounds fine if the rest of you pretty much went pre pregnancy quickly your boobs proberly have 🙂 x

I’ve got double bubble back Haha, my nipples ate really sensative and my boobs are so itchy but size wise they havnt really changed, they did swell abit at first when I found out but gone back down now xxx
