how long until I can take the post op bra off?

Im 5 days PO and the bra is really irritating me.. I take it off for about 30 minutes each day for my upper body to breathe lol.. can someone please tell me how long I until I can stop wearing the bra fully? I can’t remember whether it was 4 weeks or 6 weeks! xx

6 weeks hun, they are tender in the beginning but the bra becomes your best friend haha! xx
