How long until normality? Mum to toddler.

I’m having my op today, and wanted to go back to work Monday realistically how likely will this be? Hoping the painkillers work well! Don’t have time to be poorly lol any true stories welcome 🙂 I also have a toddler who will wonder why I can’t have a good cuddle so worrying about that is it really hard to get around and back to reality?

Hi hun how exciting getting your ba today :). It’s hard to say chick as everybodys so different and recovers at different rates. Me personally was back to work after 1 week driving on day 4 and found by day 3 i was out and about as normal. Just have to remember don’t over do it as you don’t want to risk damaging the precious newbies and your body will let you know when you are overdoing it. As regards you little one just don’t lift especially the first few days but gentle cuddles are fine 🙂 xxx

Aww this is such a relief all I keep reading is 9 days PO and still not right ect I think when your a mum you have to get on with it! Lol thanks for the advice hoping ill be back to work Tuesday that’s 6 days! Excited now just been drawn on haha 😀 thank you for your response xxx
